The Dartmouth High Theatre Company is seeking out Dartmouth Elementary and Middle School students to audition for their upcoming production of "Mr. Dickens presents A CHRISTMAS CAROL". Sunday September 13th, 2-4pm at the Dartmouth High Auditorium. Students should be prepared to sing a Christmas song of their choice. They may also be asked to read. The show is December 3,4 &5th. Students must be available for production week 11/29 - 12/5. For questions please message our page. Please share.

Session 1: "Theatre Basics"
Time: 9:30a-10:30a
An introduction into the basics of theatre, line memorization, stage direction, cast/team work with a small presentation on November 7th. (Best suited for children with little to "no" theatre experience or within the 1st-3rd grade range.)

Session 2: "Escape to the Stage"
Time: 10:45a-12:15p
A musical theatre workshop that integrates an expansion from our Theatre Basics workshop and a 'first look' into SCCT's spring musical "Madagascar: A Musical Adventure JR" audition preparation including monologues, song requirements and character descriptions. This workshop includes a small presentation on November 7th. (Best suited for children with some experience and with interest in auditioning for 'Madagascar: A Musical Adventure JR' in January 2027.)
