Appreciation post:
Maybe you saw my reel showing what happened when my students tried on some costumes last week. The dye from the dresses stained their tights, shoes, skin and my brand new floor. Obviously I was completely heartbroken.
After seeing my post and receiving my email, VERY quickly reached out to me and wanted to make things right. The Director of Sales, Lauren, called me personally over the weekend to apologize on behalf of the company and assured me that they were going to do whatever they could to help. And although it was a holiday weekend, she worked on contacting the CEO and finding a solution even though they were traveling at the time. They have gone above and beyond what I was expecting and I am blown away by the care, compassion and support from Discount Dance Supply. Lauren called me again this morning with a generous offer to rectify the situation!
Not every company stands behind their customers like this and it truly shows what kind of business they are. I've been a customer for over 20 years and will continue to support a company that treats it's customers so well ❤️‍🩹
