People say they want authenticity until authenticity makes them uncomfortable.

I’ve learned that speaking my truth doesn’t mean I’m attacking anyone. It means I’m honoring myself.

Transparency isn’t about blame.
It’s about accountability.

Authenticity isn’t about being perfect.
It’s about being honest.

Not everyone will understand your growth. Not everyone will celebrate your boundaries. Not everyone will be comfortable when you stop pretending.

And that’s okay.

I’d rather be disliked for being real than loved for being who I’m not.

Speak your truth.
Honor your spirit.
And let the people who are meant for your journey meet the real you.
