MTM is looking for reliable and motivated WELDERS to join our 2nd Shift team!
Responsibilities:
✅ Perform aluminum and/or steel welding
✅ Read and follow work instructions and specifications
✅ Inspect welds for quality and accuracy
✅ Safely operate welding equipment and tools
✅ Maintain a clean and safe work area
✅ Follow all safety procedures and company guidelines
✅ Work effectively as part of a team
Ideal Candidate:
⭐ Welding experience preferred
⭐ Aluminum or steel welding experience a plus
⭐ Good attendance and reliability
⭐ Able to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
⭐ Strong attention to quality and detail
⭐ Team player with a positive attitude
⭐ Steel-toe shoes required
