Busy week and new things happening. Made a deal for my new Lazy J Lockbackd, and did a couple of Father’s Day packages. Then started making rear view mirror charms. Also completed an order for some business swag. I have offered my services to local businesses but only one , only one business in the whole town of Nephi took me up on the offer.
So much for the “ If you support me I will support you back” etiquette.
That’s ok my client acquisition is better if I go outside of my community. And TikTok has helped with that.

Something someone ordered, and there is really no point for me to explain anything. Each day I wake up and think what can go wrong today. I would love it if one day would work out for me. Now I have to figure out how to come up with some extra cash for a new belt grinder. Until I can come up with the money for a replacement my blade business is not making any blades.
But you the reader really don't want to hear complaints you want me to be cheerful and full of glee so here is my happy face......🤨

Lazy J knives offers custom made blades. And because I can’t afford fancy power equipment they are all handmade .
Prices range from $150 up too $500 depending on the materials used.
Lazy J SanMei is constructed from 1095 and 15/20 steel.
Damascus is made with 1084 and 15/20
Then there is the mono steel blades that are usually 5160 spring steel.
All Lazy J knives are hardened and tempered by standards listed in the Knife Engineering manual.
All knives are tested prior to the addition of handle scales. Mr J ensures that his knives have a good edge that doesn’t fail. No chipping , no edge deflection.
