When the flames were out, the work had only begun.

The recent Utah wildfires have left more than scorched hillsides behind. Ranching families have lost cattle, sheep, fences, grazing land, feed, and countless hours of work. For many, the road to recovery will take months, if not years.

These aren’t just businesses. They’re families, livelihoods, and a way of life that has helped shape our communities for generations.

Please join us for an evening of great steaks, benefit auction, generosity, and hope as we rally to support the ranchers who need us most.

100% of the proceeds will go directly to Utah ranchers impacted by the wildfires to help with recovery efforts.

We got to chat with the incredible Brenn Hill this year at the Juab Cowboy Poetry Gathering. Brenn attended our gathering during our first year and it was honor to have him back for our 5th annual gathering.

Brenn his is a multiple award winning singer/songwriter based out of Hooper, Utah. He can be found anywhere you listen to music and you can find him at events nationwide.

During the 2026 Gathering we were able to catch up with cowboy songster, reciter, and storyteller Mr Andy Hedges for a quick interview.

Andy has been a long time favorite performer here in Nephi. He was apart of the first two gatherings and we were lucky enough to have him back for the 5th annual gathering! Be sure to check Andy out as well as his “Cowboy Crossroads” podcast!

During the gathering we were able to catch up with the gentleman that started the Juab Cowboy Poetry Gathering back in 2022 and leads the committee to keep the tradition of storytelling and music going!

Dakota Holdaway is a performer of poetry himself as he took the stage during the 5th gathering with the other performers. In this interview he talks a a little bit about how and why he started this great event, and his love for the cowboy poetry and music community.

An interview with the amazing artist Jenny Clugg that did the art work for the 5th Annual Juab Cowboy Poetry Gathering.

We are very grateful and fortunate for Jenny being so willing to let us use her art this past year! She’s very talented and is a local here in Utah. Be sure to go check out her wonderful art work!

During the gathering we got a surprise visit from our friend Mr Clancy Ballard Music.

Clancy is a singer/songwriter, poet and cowboy originally from southern Utah, now residing in Oklahoma, he’s a pretty dang talented musician and we were sure glad to have him doing some open mics during the gathering! He was also willing to let us interview him, so we snagged him for this video!
