Open Fridays and Saturdays 7-11 beginning on September 26th.
$15 per person. After 15 years of scares, Haunted Haven is more ready than ever to continue our tradition of terror. only this year we have a new location. We lost our barn in a fire on May 20th 2024. This year will be an all outdoor haunted trail through the woods. As every year, we change our themes so one never knows what to expect.

We do not merely set up scenes for you to watch but instead place you directly in the middle of the experience with our fast witted characters and interactive settings. Using scents, fog and lights to surround you by your own worse fears. Those who walk too slow will be left to the things that live in the darkness. You'll find yourself staring into the eyes of creatures that can't be human and others that may at one time have been. They run, crawl, climb and jump as they chase you through the hellish woods we've built to contain them. We can't promise you'll escape but if you do, you have our respect. For those braver than others we assure you a show you will not soon forget as we pride ourselves on both fear and entertainment. The outside of the haunt is just as entertaining with a projector playing your favorite horror clips, bonfires to keep your bones warm, a concession stand full of snacks and drinks while you wait and your favorite haunt apparel such as our annual tshirts and hoodies and glow stuff to light your way into the darkness. Of course don't be surprised if a few of our creatures come to visit you during your wait in line. They sometimes get impatient during feeding time. Haunted Haven is not just a haunted attraction but an experience and a must add to your Halloween season. Just prepare yourselves before you enter. The creatures don't take kindly to those that leave early due to fear.

This weekend, Oct 31st and Nov 1st, is the end of the 2025 season. And since nobody's link is happening this next month, I'd like to give back if we can.
So if you bring a few non perishable items with you to Haunted Haven, I will give you $2 off your admission this last weekend. It doesn't need to be a whole bag full. Just a couple few things. Please nothing expired. Just bring whatever you feel you can.
Then I will drop it off at one of our local food pantries.
Let's give a little something to those in need.
We are open both Friday and Saturday 7-11. All donations can be brought to the ticket booth.

Friday
1. Biz Boo Trick or Treat! – Rock Falls Chamber – 4PM – 6PM Business booths will be set up at the Old US Bank parking lot (300 1st Ave). Participating businesses along 2nd street in downtown Rock Falls and 1st Ave. Free family-friendly event.
2. Trunk or Treat - 4PM - 6PM hosted by DD HOMES Network and World Finance. located at 206 Dixon Ave in Rock Falls
3. Johnny's Bar and Grill - Halloween Party with Dj Cabralio at 9PM, costume contests and prizes.
4. Brink's - Karaoke 8PM - close
5. Whiskey Barrel Saloon - DJ Slick Nick 9-1 am.

Saturday
1. Rock Falls Farmer's Market – 7AM – 11AM
2. Twin City Farmers Market – 8AM – Noon
3. New Life Lutheran Church of Sterling, Illinois 11th Annual Handmade Market – 9AM - 3PM This is that one handmade market that you don't want to miss out on with over 55 handmade makers, baked goods, delicious homemade concessions, and door prizes. Free family-friendly event.
4. Harvest Moon Festival at Twin City Farmers Market – 8AM – Noon Bring the kids in costumes for Trick or Treating with Market Vendors. There will also be a petting zoo! Free family-friendly event.
5. The The Dillon Home Museum ’s 8th Annual Haunted Train Walk 1005 E 3rd Street Sterling, IL – 7PM – 9PM Can you brave a spooky stroll through the Dillon Home grounds? Bring a flashlight and watch as a skeleton crew brings the train to life! Decorations and photo opportunities with ghoulish creatures will make this an evening to remember. No one under 18 will be admitted without an adult. The first 500 children will receive a goodie bag at the end of the Walk. Free family-friendly event.
6. Whiskey Barrel Saloon – DJ Derrick 9PM – 1AM
7. The Mercantile –Monster Masquerade 9PM - 3AM. There will be a costume contest, DJ , spooky vendors and much more!

Selmi's Greenhouse, Farm and Pumpkin Patch – 9AM – 5PM Fall activities all weekend long, including: Mt. Selmi, Pirate Corn Maze, Pumpkin patch, hayrack rides, and much more! Don’t forget to pick up a fresh apple cider donut paired with a hot apple cider. Bring the whole family for a fun fall day.
Haunted Houses:
Hells Horror – 11436 McNeil Rd, Rock Falls. 7:30PM – 11PM. Admission is $15 and wristband is one time only.
Haunted Haven - 126 Anderson Dr. Nelson IL Open Friday and Saturday 7PM – 11PM. Hayrack ride to the event and concessions will be available.
