AUDITIONS: 'THE WINTER WONDERETTES' HOLIDAY MUSICAL!

Riverbend Players is looking for four talented women to bring Winter Wonderettes to life this holiday season!

This festive musical is packed with fantastic harmonies, 1960s nostalgia, comedy, Christmas favorites, and plenty of personality. If you love to sing, perform, and make an audience smile, we’d love to see you at auditions!

🎤 AUDITIONS
Saturday, September 12th, 4:00 PM – 5:30 PM
Sunday, September 13th, 4:00 PM – 5:30 PM
📍 NCRD Performing Arts Center, Nehalem

The Winter Wonderettes features four female roles, each with her own distinct personality and vocal style. Come prepared to have fun, read lines, sing your favorite Christmas song, and be prepared to learn a harmony for 'Jingle Bells'.

🎄 Performances: December 4th - 20th.

Want to help bring DRACULA: THE RADIO PLAY to life?

Riverbend Players is looking for creative people to perform live sound effects on stage—from creaking doors and footsteps to rattling chains and all the eerie sounds that make Dracula’s world come alive.

No acting experience required, just creativity, good timing, and a willingness to make some noise!

This fall, Riverbend Players Community Theater invites you to experience Bram Stoker’s legendary tale of terror in a completely different way with DRACULA: THE RADIO PLAY, adapted by Philip Grecian.

Step back into the golden age of radio as our cast brings Dracula to life live on stage, complete with dramatic performances, multiple character voices, live sound effects, and all the atmosphere of an old-time radio broadcast.

Close your eyes, and you’ll swear you’re listening to a broadcast from another era. Keep them open, and you’ll get to see exactly how the magic—and the terror—is created.

No memorization required! Auditions will consist of cold readings from the script. Radio theater is all about storytelling through your voice, so actors may be asked to perform multiple characters, each with different voices, accents, and vocal styles.

You may also have the opportunity to create live sound effects (foley), an essential part of the magic that brings this classic tale to life.

Whether you're a seasoned performer or have never stepped on stage before, this is a fun, creative, and welcoming way to experience live theater.
