Empire Inks were originally formulated by C**t Brown in 2012 in an effort to provide artists with a perfect system of tattoo ink with an emphasis on consistency and workability. Empire Inks Graywash is a 4-stage series consisting of Xtra Light, Light, Medium, and Dark. We recently released a newly formulated Black Ink and carry an ultra thick Highlight White.
