Audition for our fall musical...Seussical!

Slots are filling up but we have walk-in spots available!

Audition Dates:

SUNDAY, MAY 31 and MONDAY, JUNE 1

Please be prepared to sing 16-32 bars of any song from the show. Please bring your own sheet music. An accompanist will be provided. Seeking adults and children ages 10 and older.

Time to meet our final cast member, the fantastically fedora'd Ilan Barzilay!

Ilan plays Tim Allgood, the company's endlessly put-upon stage manager. He's resourceful, unflappable, and quietly wondering how he ended up here. But, well, the show must go on!

Ilan is an NCT veteran, and an admitted sucker for a good British farce. He'd never done one before so felt this was an unmissable opportunity! He also loves meta humor so the show-within-a-show aspect is compelling to him - and he hopes it will be to you the audience as well! He's grateful to his kids, his wonderful wife Karen, and all the amazing stage managers he’s worked with over the years. He knows being a real stage manager is hard work.

ATTENTION PLEASE! Let's meet our next cast member, shall we? That would be Madison "Maddy" Canfora!

Maddy plays Poppy, the theatre company's enthusiastic, overworked assistant stage manager. She's the most organized person in the most disorganized production imaginable, and somehow still smiling.

As for maddy herself, she's thrilled to be making her NCT debut! Recent credits: performer with the HCE Players: Boston's Irish Theatre, the Minstrel in Something Rotten (ACTTC), the unhinged Jersey mob wife Rita in Lucky Stiff (TCAN), a rolling-pin wielding Gangster in The Drowsy Chaperone & Allie/Lizzie, the fries-snacking woman in labor in Let Nothing You Dismay (both AFD). Training: Stella Adler NYC & Duke.

Time to meet our next cast member, Dennis Hurley!

Dennis plays Seldson Mowbray (who plays the Burglar in the play-within-a-play, "Nothing On") is the company's eldest and most distinguished member. Lovable, meandering and utterly unreliable, Selsdon has a gift for disappearing at exactly the wrong moment...and reappearing at an even worse one.

Dennis is a Boston based actor-comedian who began his career as a performer at Ithaca College in New York. His credits include: Twill in A Christmas Carol and Ensemble in The Hunchback of Notre Dame, both at The Company Theatre, Waddell in the original production of The Pony Express with Lighthouse Studios and Ben Weatherstaff in The Secret Garden at The Hangar Theatre. Film & TV: NBC's Superstore, The Daily Show on Comedy Central and the 'Can't Stop The Feeling' music video by Justin Timberlake.

Let's meet our next cast member, Chris Moore!

Chris plays Frederick Fellowes (who plays the bumbling Philip Brent in the play-within-a-play, "Nothing On") is the company's most anxious member - kind-hearted, eager to please, and completely unsuited to the chaos he's landed in. He means well...yet somehow makes the situation worse.

Chris is thrilled to be back with NCT for the mayhem of Noises Off! His bucket list just got a huge cross-off with this role. Past roles include Lazar Wolf (Fiddler on the Roof), Mr. March (Little Women), and Bert Healy (Annie). He's so proud of this amazingly talented and hilarious cast, and excited for you to see all the wonderful chaos onstage!
