Wow!

A man woke up the next morning confused by the strong smell of fish covering his clothes, only to later discover exactly what had happened during the night.

Earlier that evening, the man had reportedly been drinking before wandering off alone and eventually passing out on the sidewalk outside. Completely unaware of his surroundings, he remained asleep for hours as the streets emptied around him.

But sometime later, a massive bear wandered into the area and slowly approached him. Security footage later showed the animal sniffing around the unconscious man before repeatedly licking his clothes and face, leaving behind the overwhelming fish-like smell people noticed the next morning. To everyone’s shock, the bear eventually laid down right beside him instead of attacking.

Witnesses nearby were too terrified to move, afraid that any sudden noise could trigger the animal. After remaining beside the man for several minutes, the bear finally stood up and disappeared back into the darkness.

What could have ended in tragedy instead became a moment he would never forget for the rest of his life. 😅
