High School Theatre Connect is a brand-new opportunity for theatre students across the Lehigh Valley and surrounding region to come together, make new friends, and celebrate a shared love of performance and storytelling. Organized by several local HS theatre directors, students will have the chance to connect with peers from other schools in a fun, welcoming, and low-pressure environment, by participating in games, workshops, collaborative activities, and conversation! Whether you love acting, singing, dancing, directing, or simply being part of a theatre community, this event is designed to build connections, encourage creativity, and remind students that they are part of a larger theatre family.

Who is invited? All theatre students (grades 10-12 in fall 2026) from schools in Lehigh, Northampton, and Warren counties! 2026 grads welcome to join!
What is our goal? Our goal is to provide an opportunity for local HS theatre students to get to know each other in a safe, low-stakes, fun environment by participating in games, workshops, collaborative activities, and conversation
When is the event? Wednesday, July 8 from 10AM to 4PM
Where is the event? Nazareth Area High School, 501 E Center St. Nazareth, PA 18064
What is the cost? Completely Free! You’ll want to bring a lunch, or $5 to contribute to a pizza order.
Who is organizing? The event is being organized by several local HS theatre directors: Caitlin Bach (Notre Dame), Zane Bachert (Northwestern Lehigh), Marissa Brewer (Catasaqua), Janna Dowdell (Easton), Sandy Jameson (Nazareth), Shannon O’Grady (Salisbury). Other directors are welcome to attend and/or help out leading breakouts!! The names above are the planning committee, but we want to be as inclusive of as many schools as possible
