🚨 VOLUNTEERS NEEDED – T-BALL WORLD SERIES 🚨

NYSA is just days away from hosting the 2026 5U T-Ball World Series, and we need your help!

To be completely transparent, we are currently short on volunteers and cannot provide the experience these young athletes deserve without support from our community.

📣 Parents, do you have a high school student who needs volunteer hours for school, scholarships, clubs, NJROTC, NHS, Bright Futures, or community service requirements?

📣 Are there any Airmen, Sailors, Soldiers, Marines, Guardians, or Coast Guardsmen looking for volunteer opportunities and community service hours?

This is a great opportunity to give back, support youth sports, and make a lasting impact on hundreds of young athletes and their families visiting Navarre.

Volunteer opportunities include:

✅ Trash & Grounds Support

NYSA is a 100% volunteer-run organization. These tournaments not only create lifelong memories for our players, but they also generate revenue that helps us maintain our facilities and keep youth sports affordable for local families.

As our programs continue to grow, so does the need for volunteers to help keep things running smoothly. We have several major events coming up, and we need more community members to step up and help in our concession stands.

Concessions are one of the biggest ways NYSA generates funding to maintain our facilities, improve fields, purchase equipment, and keep registration costs affordable for our families. Every shift worked directly benefits the children in our community.

Whether you can spare a few hours once a month or help during a tournament weekend, your time makes a huge difference. Volunteering in concessions is a great way to meet other families, support local youth sports, and be part of something bigger than yourself.

NYSA is an all-volunteer organization, and we simply cannot do it without the support of our community.

💙 We often hear people ask, "How can I help?" This is one of the most impactful ways. Every burger served, drink sold, and shift covered helps us continue providing a safe, fun, and competitive environment for the youth of Navarre.

NYSA is proud to host the GCGSA Softball All-Star Tournament this week, and we need your help to make it a success!

💚 THANK YOU, NYSA VOLUNTEERS! 💚

When the call to action went out, our community showed up.

We want to give a huge thank you to every volunteer who stepped up to help lay sod on our football field. This was not easy work, but because of your time, effort, and willingness to serve, we were able to take a major step toward repairing and restoring a field that means so much to our athletes, coaches, families, and community.

Moments like this are exactly what NYSA is all about — coming together, breaking down silos, and doing what needs to be done for the kids. Whether you moved sod, helped organize, brought equipment, donated food or drinks, or simply showed up ready to work, you made a difference.

Our fields are more than grass and dirt. They are where friendships are built, lessons are learned, and memories are made. Because of you, our young athletes will have a better place to play.

From the bottom of our hearts, thank you for answering the call and showing what community truly looks like.

💪🌱 COMMUNITY STRONG 🌱💪

When challenges hit, it’s amazing to see what can happen when a community comes together.

Thanks to an incredible donation of sports Bermuda sod, we now have the opportunity to restore our football field — but we need YOUR help to make it happen! We’re looking for volunteers to help install the sod and bring our field back to life for the kids of NYSA.
