If you filled out that town survey last month about Johnson interim use, tonight's Select Board meeting may be of interest to you.

The Select Board meets to review and discuss the results of the interim survey -- the one asking residents to weigh in on how the property could be used temporarily until a permanent use is decided.

Take a look at the agenda, which includes a report on the survey results. The meeting can be attended in person or on Zoom. https://granicus_production_attachments.s3.amazonaws.com/natickma/3850f8ee7a7b0c3c3762cf9ef4e9037a0.html

Today, I had a great time with my friend Brinley Vickers who took me on a walking tour around the Johnson School property. One of the most important decisions the Select Board will make over the coming years is about the future use of this special place and it was great to get an on the ground look. If I'm elected, I'll continue to learn more from the community and work with my colleagues to make decisions grounded in a long-term vision for the neighborhood and Natick as a whole.

Friends of Natick Trails will match funds up to $500.

The Friends of Natick Trails are honored to work with members of the Johnson School community to fundraise for a plaque to honor the late Mrs. V, Katherine "Katie" von der Lieth, a beloved paraprofessional at Johnson for 12 years until her passing in 2014. The red bike sculpture that was installed at Johnson in 2019 was relocated to the Cochituate Rail Trail in 2025. FoNT is matching funds for this effort. Thank you for contributing at friendsofnaticktrails.org/donate.
