Did you know that the Natick Farmers Market received a grant in 2024 from the MetroWest Health Foundation that puts food from farms directly into the hands of our community members that are food insecure?

Now, the Foundation needs our help. Fill out their 2026 MetroWest Community Health Assessment Survey before the end of June. This survey is anonymous and takes less than 10 minutes to complete and you can skip any questions you don't want to answer.

They fund programs that directly helps our community, now we can tell them how they can help further. Please share this survey with your community.
