📸 8TH GRADE COSTUMED PHOTO DAY! 📸

Saturday, October 24 is a very special NDW tradition: 8th Grade Costumed Photo Day!

All 8th graders should arrive at rehearsal photo ready:
🎭 Under-costume already on
💇 Hair styled according to the costume document
💄 Makeup done according to the costume document

This is a special tradition for our 8th graders, and we need the cooperation of all of our 8th graders and families to make it work. This is a BIG class, which means we have a LOT of photos to get through!

The more ready everyone is when they arrive, the more time we can spend getting great photos—and making this 8th grade tradition feel special for your class.

So set those alarms, check the costume document, and come ready to strike a pose, make some memories, and bring the Wild West to life! 🤠📸

Let’s make October 24 a photo day to remember!

WANTED: Your Playbill Ads & Good Luck Messages 🤠

There's a LOW NOON deadline on Wednesday, October 21 (that's midnight, partner).

Round up those family ads and good luck messages before the clock strikes low noon. Once the sun goes down, you'll miss your mark, and this deadline won't be ridin' back into town.

Don't leave your actor hangin' at the hitchin' post.

Saddle up and submit your ad before low noon.

Send your good luck message before this stagecoach rolls out.

Use code FAMILYAD for $10 off any-size family ad.

When the sheriff closes the playbill, there'll be no last-minute jailbreaks, no fast draws, and no second chances at the corral.

Stake your claim before Wednesday, 10/21 at LOW NOON (midnight)!

🤠 WANTED: NDW Families to Help Spread the Word! 🌵

Our Wild, Wild, Wildest West yard signs and cast posters are ready for delivery, and we need your help getting them out into the community!

📍 YARD SIGNS: One of our biggest marketing efforts is getting signs planted all around Natick! Please sign up for a delivery route on our SignUpGenius and help us blanket the town in Wild West spirit.

🎭 CAST POSTERS: While you're there, consider signing up to deliver a poster to one of our local schools. Let's make sure everyone knows the NDW cast is riding into Wilson Middle School this November!

🔗 Sign up here: https://www.signupgenius.com/go/70A044BA8A82AAAFC1-44421393-doowop #/

📦 PICKUP THIS WEEKEND! You can pick up your yard signs and posters at Saturday's parent meeting at the Cole Center from 9:00–10:15 AM. You'll also learn what to expect during tech week, so it's a great opportunity to get prepared for the big show!

🐎 One last favor, pardners! At the end of the season, please collect your yard signs and return the stakes so we can reuse them for future productions.

Thanks for helping us get the word out and make The Wild, Wild, Wildest West a rootin'-tootin' success! It takes a whole posse to put on a show! 🤠

HOW DO YOU SCARE AN ACTOR?

“Tell them we’re OFF BOOOOK!” 👻

BOOO! Did we scare you?

Because our Act 1 OFF BOOK DATE is THIS SATURDAY! 😱

Yikes. The countdown is officially on: JUST 4 SHORT WEEKS UNTIL CURTAIN UP! 🎭

That means it’s time to be practicing those lines, songs, and dances whenever you can. The more you practice on your own, the more we can make the most of our rehearsal time together!

So grab those scripts, run those lines, sing those songs, dance those dances—and GET OFF BOOK! 👻📖

And while we're talking scary things… we don't want our show to be a GHOST TOWN! 👻🏜️ Make sure you get your tickets and help us fill the house!
