Here’s a glance at some of our upcoming fitness events at the WRAC. First up is a buddy workout which brings a partner element to a traditional H.I.I.T workout, making it more fun as you get to work out with a friend. Next is an exercise design class which is for those who are interested in learning how to put together their own workouts to better meet their needs. Following that is a king of the court basketball night, which is a fast paced 1v1 basketball game where you have to continue scoring to stay on the court. Finally, after Spring Break we have a volleyball night, where a casual game of volleyball will be played.

There’s a new Glute-Ham machine in the free weight room here at the WRAC! This machine can be utilized to train the lower back, glutes, hamstrings, and core. Swipe to see a few of the exercises that can be done with this machine as well as an in depth tutorial on how to use it.
