To support local businesses and create a clean, healthy, and flavorful menu. Today, I had the opportunity to cater a wedding brunch, and prepared a ham glaze using balsamic vinegar from Golden Harvest in Valatie, NY, which is truly exceptional. This vinegar is incredibly versatile and amazing. I also incorporated Orange Fig from Samascott's Garden Market. The combination of brown sugar, fresh orange juice, orange zest, Dijon mustard, Double Barrel Balsamic vinegar, and orange and fig infusion resulted in a glaze that was simply amazing! 🤩

I LOVE supporting little farm stands of all kinds and use fresh flowers in all my catering displays. I found a little gem today on Woodward Road in North Chatham.
