Who is it for??

Adult songwriters who are intermediate level and up, regardless of gender, genre, profession, faith tradition. Not sure if you're intermediate? If you've written more than a handful of songs, reach out and I'll help you figure it out.

You don't have to have released an album or had your songs cut. You just need to show that you've put in some hours and are ready to share and contribute to cowrites.

You've got a new song waiting for you, and it's a bit different!

I'M OKAY is a song recorded in response to the question "What do you most need to hear when you're anxious or afraid?"

It features a Nashville youth chorus called Major Minors - a safe space for LGBTQIA+ young people. These students are well acquainted with anxiety, and in response they set aside time to sing together.

I'm honored to have their voices joining mine for this first studio recording of the Sanctuary Songs series.

YESS! This is going to be so fun and so meaningful! Hope to see some new & old faces at this sweet venue. The good people of Damascus have blown us away with their hospitality already. Can't wait to be there in person. :) Let us know you're coming!

Mother’s Day Weekend in Damascus

This Saturday at 7:30pm, join us at The Cardinal Music Hall for an intimate evening with Christa Wells with special guest Emily Hines.

If you’re spending the weekend in town for the Visit Damascus, Virginia Town-Wide Yard Sale, make plans to end the day with live music Saturday night. It’s a great Mother’s Day weekend outing for music lovers, families, and anyone looking for a meaningful evening in Damascus.

Tomorrow is also the first Damascus Farmers Market of the season, and we’ll be there.
