My high school choir director, who taught for 33 years, retired this spring and the farewell concert was epic. Over 300 students came back to sing in a choir together, so many shared solo songs from musicals they sang in years ago and I got to perform my song “Tapestry” in my old high school auditorium to a whole bunch of people who have helped shape me. ✨

Filled up my cup big time on tour this weekend :) One of my first ever fans and now good friends, named her Midwifery practice after the song “Tapestry”. I sang somebody down the aisle to my original “Detour” yesterday. I know I’m not selling out arenas quite yet but it’s pretty cool this is the life I get to live 🥲✨
