We’re excited to share our take on “Nothing Compares 2 U,” written by the legendary Prince and beautifully interpreted by many artists over the years💜

When our team first heard Traci Vandee perform the song, we knew it was special. After introduced her to Chris Cornell’s powerful version, she fell in love with it and brought her own unique energy and emotion to the performance🤘🔥

Our production team absolutely crushed it! 🎸🤘

As we approach what would have been Prince’s 68th birthday, we hope this rendition honors the heart, soul, and artistry he poured into this timeless song. 💜✨🕊️

Have you checked your Spotify 20?🎶

Ready to party? A mobile-only in-app experience (sorry, desktop users!, Spotify 20: Your Party of the Year(s) is basically Spotify’s yearly Wrapped feature dialed up to 11. While Spotify Wrapped shows listeners their top artists and songs over the past year, Party of the Year(s) is taking things one step further and spanning Spotify’s 20-year history, or however long it’s been since you started streaming on the platform.
Users will get multiple ways to receive possibly cringe information (or cool, depending on your listening habits) including your first day on Spotify, the total number of unique songs you’ve listened to, your very first streamed song and your all-time most-streamed artist. Spotify will also conjure up your All-Time Top Songs Playlist, a group of your top 120 tracks complete with play counts, so you can always remember that really tough time you got through by crying to that one song on repeat.

Taylor Rae is an Austin-based singer-songwriter whose music blends roots-rock, Americana, folk, blues, and alternative influences into a sound that’s both timeless and modern. Known for her commanding vocals and sharply written songs, she delivers emotionally grounded performances that balance grit, soul, and melodic finesse.

Originally from California’s Santa Cruz Mountains, Rae studied music in Los Angeles before relocating to Texas, where she quickly became a fixture in the Americana and roots scene.
