The fine folks at the Smokin' F BBQ & Feedlot have invited me to come back out to East Tennessee and play a few more tunes! I can't express how impressed I was when I was there the first time. The people, the place, the atmosphere, the camaraderie and the food! Whoa the food! The Smokin F is all about Faith, Family, Food, Farm and Freedom. My favorite F words. I was humbled by their appreciation of my songs and I am honored to be going back.

I haven’t posted on my music page in 5+ years! Well, let’s see if this thing’s still alive…
I played two shows last weekend in Southern, Illinois w/ my pal Dave Clark. Then got to open up the show for The Scarecrows this past weekend at Smokin' F BBQ & Feedlot. WOW! It felt so good to be playing my songs for some good folks again! Everyone keeps asking me if I’m gonna be playing more. I didn’t know the answer to that question a couple weeks ago. After the last two weekends, I’m definitely thinking music has to be a part of my life again. It’s not just the playing ya know? It’s the travel, seeing old friends, meeting new ones, load in, soundcheck, nerves, facing fears, baring my soul, sharing my songs, the stories, cutting up after the show, giving thanks and feeling the gifts of God. Yeah, I’ve missed all of it. So, I guess I’m gonna be keeping an eye out for that next show! Thank you to everyone who has encouraged me to get back out.
