According to the editor, she is enjoying the novel so far. I ended up with around 99,970 words after my dialogue clean-up.🥳
Can't wait for my Beta readers to give me some feedback. It's been a slow grinding but rewarding task thus far! 🫡

Even though I wrapped up my final draft of my novel a couple of weeks ago, I made some more adjustments. I cleaned up the dialogue and now it's completely out of my hands. Time to patiently wait for the final edit!

It's finally complete! The revision of The Warstrong Era took almost a year to finish, a huge accomplishment indeed! Handing off to my editor.

Chapter 18 is still slowly moving along and I didn't hit my personal deadline but at the same time don't want to rush a good thing! With that said it's wrapping up rather well as Book I is coming to a close to set up Book II.

Slow-go on the revision of the last chapter but moving smoothly. I have to end this one right, not necessarily all on a good note but mostly!

Back from a quick vacation and now driving towards the finish line. Chapter 18 is well on its way to being completed! 📝
Once done, I'm doing a quick dialogue clean-up for the final manuscript and then my editor is taking over.

And just like that I'm at the last chapter to revise. I've been truly dedicated to getting this novel back together. All plot holes filled, character name changes and removal of unnecessary scenarios.

Chapter 17 is close to wrapping up! I've decided instead of writing my next novel, I'm going to revise the follow up to the one I'm currently working on. The Western will come afterwards.

Finally got through Chapter 16, one of the longer chapters but I thoroughly enjoyed going back over it!
Now onto Chapter 17 with two chapters left to revise. Then a hand-off to my editor then find a literary agent!
Beta readers get ready, I'm almost there!😎

Since starting out on my revision, I am now at 95,780 words, up about 2,500. I will definitely be ready for my editor by mid September! We'll see if what I have added stays or goes?
