One thing that I do for myself, and a few friends and family, are pet portraits in pencil. It started when I realized that Colby was getting older, and I thought it would be nice to dedicate a sketchpad to drawings of him. That turned into drawings of other dogs in the family, and Stacey Harwell-Dye encouraging me to do some pet portrait commissions. So, I'm going to give it a try and take up to 3 commissions before the end of the year. If all goes well, I'll keep doing them one or two at a time. We love having drawings of Colby, and I'd be happy to make a drawing of your furry friend too!
