Updates this Monday

Will have some updates coming this upcoming Monday (August 10th). As we move through this, we want to provided details of the process and keep everyone informed.
Will provided the nut shell version of the story of what happened as many are asking.
Will provided the rough time line that of the repairs. As the good and better news.

Unfortunately Gamers Sanctuary will not be making future dates. We recently 7-27-26 while in Pennsylvania had a tree come crashing down on our rig while traveling from Hersey to Troy Pa.

Until we get everything straightened with insurance and travel back to NH. We are currently until further notice shut down.

For those I have already contact about canceling due to this. I want to apologize, as this is not something we have planned. I know some is short notice and some are a few weeks and months out.

Please understand that we are a small company that has never had an issue like this before that took out our rig.

*I will say this as a parent. As that had my wife up front and my three kids in the back seat traveling with me. We were very luck with minor cuts from glass. Wife and I took most of the hit from the falling tree. Large piece of glass and tree inch or two from impaling my face

We know its a inconvenience for a planned event or party. But telling me off for ruining your kids birthday after we almost lost lives. Glass as parts of the tree about 2 inches from my center of my face and wife with lots of glass blowing into her face. Our luck that our rig did not go in to the dark woods or flip which we where in no man's land of PA. Took over one hour before any help from state troopers.

Update on Gamers Sanctuary.
All events and upcoming parties have and will be canceled at Gamers Sanctuary Mobile Gaming Trailer u til further notice. Due to the current trip to Pennsylvania our truck had a random tree fall down on our truck. We will know more on in a few days as we work through insurance company and figure things out to get up and running. Updates will be posted as we work through the process.

As of now all online booking have been frozen. We will be making calls to the up coming months events and parties to apologize and cancel and send the refunds back quickly.

Finally yes, everyone wife and all my kids are okay. Was very close call but we got lucky.

Update: I went onto Google maps to see the area and maybe the tree the fell on us. I added those Google maps pictures of the tree. You can see its the same as the one in the pictures in the dark and in the ground.
Shows it was clearing fallen onto the power lines. During the hit. I did not see any wires on the ground after. But tree was super dried out.
