For Sale By: Sarah M Larson: Cape Cod Nostalgia, Love Blooms On Perkins Pond, Nauset & Nubble, Hampton Beach Chair, Praise Series: In God's Light, Devotional At Dawn, Jonah and the Whale, & David and Goliath.. lots of affordable art peices $40 & less for a generous donation to the Southington Community Cultural Arts. Please help, I've had 23 epidural spinal injections in the last 4 months for my 3xs fractured spine & 3 collapsed disks in my back. Please, if anyone out there would be so generous as to help show up & buy anything I would & Dad from heaven would be extremely greatful.

🎨 I will be demonstrating my watercolors on Saturday May 2nd, at the Southington Community Cultural Arts between 12:30-3:30pm. Wine & lots of refreshments. I thought it would be fun to show how I 1st started to learn shoilette painting in 2000 at age 17. I recreated 1 of my high-school watercolors when I was just learning to show how far I've come over the last 26 years as an artist. I am hoping to inspire & encourage someone who is just starting out & is frustrated like I was as a kid. I am proud of myself that with a lot of practice & never giving up, that I accomplished reaching a perfesonal level like my parents which has been my childhood dream. I know I have a very unique style, it's not traditional but the best I can do.

Looking forward to seeing everyone at the reception Saturday May 2nd 12:30-3:30 pm. My mom & I will be demoing. We would love to talk to you about her colored pencil techniques and my watercolors. We have also made a scavenger hunt. Find all the squares in the painting and win a sticker. Wine and lots of refreshments will be there to enjoy.

"ZEUS" By: Kenneth Larson on display in Southington. This is one of my Dad's paintings that has never been shown before because Bobby & I saw it in the storage unit in CT then had to take it home to our kitchen. Mom says Dad was a Leo & liked the Sun King. I think it looks like him as an old man looking like a Greek God as he was dressed up at the 2 Toga Parties. Bobby thinks, that it expresses his boldness in life and shows the confidence that he put towards life.

🎨 We hung the show at the Southington Community Cultural Arts, in Southington CT this afternoon. Everything looks great. Thank you for all the help Dale, John, & James. We couldn't have done it without you guys! We will be back Saturday, May 2 for the reception 12:30-3:30 pm. There will be wine, refreshments, art demos, & a scavenger hunt for tons of fun. I'm not sure how many trips to CT I have left in me with all my back & health problems so please come to see us.

"Love Blooms on Perkins Pond" by; Sarah Larson. My husband and I were driving to have lunch with my mother after a failed attempt at climbing Mt Monadonck where we had turned around just a bit over half way from exhaustion. Defeat turned into determination after driving by Perkins Pond in Troy and seeing it all in bloom. I suddenly pulled our Jeep over because I had to take this picture. The next thing I know Bobby is hopping over the guard rail to capture this view of Monadnock rarely seen just for me to paint which took an entire year to finish. I am asking $1,200 for this painting which will be available for sale during the month of May at the Southington Community Cultural Arts.

🎨 The Art in the Family show at the Wadleigh Memorial Library in Milford, NH is now on display through the end of November featuring works from Mom, Aunt Harriet, & I. Reception is on Saturday October 25, from 11-12:30 pm. We will be doing a demo & have a free art giveaway for all who attend including a Halloween watercolor, set of 5 art cards, & set of 6 art stickers.
