I cannot express to you all HOW MUCH I miss performing. Dedicating hour after hour in the studio with a goal of making your performance one to remember. I can only pray for my own strength to build myself back up into a better version of the dancer I left behind for so long. Happy dancing, y’all. 💕

To be quite honest with you all, I’m not sure why I’m posting this video. What I do know is that if I continue to watch and listen to myself, I will eventually find a reason not to for reasons of it not being perfect. Perfection; a word I often fight and struggle with on a daily basis. I often find myself hesitant to do ANYTHING unless it looks or feels good on the first try. And okay, um hi hello, how STUPID IS THAT? Yes, I know, very stupid. So, I guess what I’m trying to say is that I am posting this video of me singing because yes, I do sing, and I don’t sing poorly, but for some reason I always silence myself and make myself smaller for fear of not being perfect. Watching this video back, I’ll even nitpick my facial expressions. I, too, am over myself with that one. So, here goes me singing a cover of the INCREDIBLE Sara Bareilles’s song, Once Upon Another Time. It is a song I hold near and dear to my heart and some part of me echoes in every word she has written. Enjoy. ❤️
