TheatreZone Founded by Broadway veterans Mark and Karen Danni, TheatreZone delivers Broadway-caliber musicals and concerts in an intimate 250-seat Naples theatre.

Long Description (Max of 750 characters) Founded in 2006, TheatreZone presents what we often refer to as the "lost treasures of Broadway" as well as Broadway classis. More than 200 professional actors from across the country come to Naples each September to audition for the coveted roles in these productions. TheatreZone is led by Founding Artistic Director Mark Danni, winner of the Baldwin Wallace University Conservatory of Music Alumni Achievement Award (2018). An accomplished musician, Mark consistently serves the community in volunteer efforts and consistently contributes to the development of future musicians and performers. TheatreZone performs in-residence at the G&L Theatre on the Community School of Naples campus.

The curtain rises in October with Cabaret, followed by Home for the Holidays in December. Then, beginning in January, audiences can experience a new musical every month:
Barry Manilow's Harmony: A New Musical, the world premiere of Barcelona: The Musical, Andrew Lloyd Webber's Sunset Blvd., and the irresistible "girl group" hits of Leader of the Pack. 🗓 Saturday, September 19 & Sunday, September 20, 2026
🕙 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM (Lunch: 1:30–2:00 PM)
📍 G & L Theater, Campus of the Community School of Naples

What to Prepare:
• 32 bars of a song, with a contrasting selection prepared if requested. Please bring sheet music in the correct key. An accompanist will be provided.
• Be prepared to dance if asked.
• Sides will be provided at the audition and emailed in advance.
• Bring an 8×10 headshot and résumé, stapled back-to-back.

🎥 Video Submissions + New York City Callbacks

For New York City-based performers, please submit a video audition! Selected performers will be invited to callbacks in New York City on September 26, 2026. Callback invitations will be scheduled by Thursday, September 24. Please do not submit if you are not available for the callback.

Submit your headshot and résumé, along with one YouTube video link that includes 32 bars of two contrasting songs and a short monologue, no later than September 18, 2026.
