If watching relatable TV shows is your cup of tea, like it is mine...you might want to check out this list. Also...if you haven’t checked out Working Moms...it’s GREAT. Hilarious, relatable to different types of moms in different stages and situations. Highly recommend. Sometimes it gets real raw. Other times you’re cracking up! That makes a good show.

Now that Workin' Moms Season 4 has finally dropped on Netflix, hopefully busy moms will get a chance to chill out and watch. Perhaps with a cheese board and a glass of wine, if possible. Of course, once you get caught up, you are going to need some…

✨New Virtual Offering✨The whole vision of The Pod came while I was personally struggling with PPD. I felt alone. I was depressed. I would cry for no reason. I felt like no one understood me. I didn’t recognize the woman in the mirror. I felt isolated. These are all things I would never wish on anyone. And especially during these quarantine times, we find ourselves in more isolation than ever. I wanted to create a safe space for parents to support parents during this crucial phase of life. You don’t have to feel alone. We are all in this together. Please send us a DM if you are interested in this FREE virtual support group for moms suffering from PPD. Or if you have come out on the other side of PPD and would love to support others, please let us know. Times are TBD as we gather our group together.
