This is not a Luster Technique. I used a "secret" gold glaze fired at cone 6 to achieve this brilliant shine.

I just finished framing this new mixed media piece. "The Whale and the Hare, Chapter 2". I love the Whale and the Hare graphics. I've included a lot of my old family letters, notes, address cards and, of course, a few pieces of my son's old homework papers.

This piece tells the ongoing story of the Whale and the Hare. The story is created by you, the viewer. Use your imagination and to decide where these two friends are going. Or, are they in a competition???
