What to Wear for Your Fall Photo Session 🍂

The right colors and textures can make such a beautiful difference in your final gallery.

For fall sessions, I recommend choosing warm, soft and earthy tones such as cream, beige, camel, taupe, chocolate brown, olive, sage, rust, burgundy, dusty blue and muted mustard.

Try to coordinate rather than match. Mix different shades, fabrics and layers — knit sweaters, cardigans, dresses, jackets, scarves, hats, boots and subtle accessories photograph beautifully and add depth to your images.

I usually recommend avoiding:
• very bright or neon colors
• large logos, lettering or graphic prints
• too many busy patterns
• everyone wearing exactly the same color
• colors that compete with the natural fall scenery

Of course, these are only guidelines — personal style always matters, and sometimes breaking the “rules” can create something beautiful.

10 days until their wedding day. 🤍

Their engagement session gave us a little bit of everything — sunshine, wind, rain, thunder, a rainbow, and the most beautiful sunset.

And somehow, through every change in the sky, they just kept laughing, holding each other close, and enjoying the moment. Maybe that’s what made this evening feel so special — it wasn’t perfect because everything went according to plan. It was perfect because it was completely theirs.

Now the countdown is officially on, and in just 10 days, I’ll have the honor of capturing the beginning of their next chapter.
