I began Belly Dancing over 40 years ago on a fluke. My friends invited me to a free class and I was hooked! I love everything about the Dance: the music, costumes, creativity, spirituality and the ability to become someone else when I perform. I love to teach and I love the joy and excitement that my performances bring to the audience. I can dance away my worries with soft flowing music or my frustrations with drums and pulsing beats. I have taught over 4 generations of Napa Valley women! Belly Dancing has a rich history and is practiced all over the world.
