Charlotte is a native of California-self taught local watercolor media artist and a member of the Napa Valley Art Association and Mendocino Art Center. She has painted with Charlotte Severin and Birgit O'Connor at the Mendocino Art Center, Mendocino, CA. ction many years ago from Frank Altamura when he taught at Napa Valley College. Paintings and drawings are in private collections. When not painting, Charlotte enjoys photography, gardening, cooking, grandchildren, traveling and spending time with her favorite Chihuahua Cessie.
