Two views. One beautiful little city.
The Elizabeth City waterfront — where the light softens, the water stills, and everything feels calm for just a moment.

And Pailin’s Alley — colorful, storied, full of character and quiet history tucked between the streets.
Same town. Entirely different energy.

That’s what I love most about painting Elizabeth City… you don’t have to look far to find something worth remembering.
