Did some glazing tonight to prep for The Big One in Mabank this weekend. After doing the design I dip glazed them in clear and other glazes. I want to get better at these types of designs. I looked at a reference image and drew in pencil first, then went over in underglaze.

Snake is Amaco Velvet Underglaze in Jet Black.

Lots of happy tonight at the Pineywoods Glitz and Glam Gayla thanks to .alliance.lufkin ❤️ the SFA Pride Alliance was nominated for an award, and I entered my pottery into the silent auction and helped PAL raise scholarship money.
I haven’t gotten to dance like that in such a long time in such a great space. Thank you to PAL for always keeping the community together.
