Continuing in the tradition of the great Fred Astaire, our professionals will help you reach all of your dancing goals, whether you are aspiring to be a confident social dancer or a highly trained competitor. We offer all kinds of dance lessons - from ballroom to Latin to country western

. Additionally, we are delighted to offer lessons for children of all ages, where we provide instruction in ballet, hip hop, movement, lyrical, jazz and of course ballroom dancing. Our studio in Mystic is close to Waterford, Pawcatuck, Ledyard, New London, Stonington, Groton, Niantic, and Noank, CT as well as Ashaway, Bradford, Charlestown, Misquamicut, Weekpaug, Watch Hill, and Westerly, RI. We specialize in all Ballroom, Rhythm, and Latin Dances such as: Waltz, Foxtrot, Viennese Waltz, Quickstep, Tango, Swing, Merengue, Bolero, Mambo, Rumba, Paso Doble, Jive, Samba, and many others. We enjoy being part of the Mystic community, love the many special activities we offer in the studio and have a blast participating in regional and national events with other Fred Astaire Dance Studios from around New England and the country. We serve Mystic, East Lyme, Salem, Waterford, Montville, Ledyard, Groton, Stonington, North Stonington, New London CT, Pawcatuck, Westerly RI and surrounding towns.
