MYRTLE BEACH INK — MOVING FORWARD & NOW HIRING
Most of you are already aware that Myrtle Beach Ink has recently gone through a significant change in our artist lineup. We aren’t going to pretend otherwise, nor are we interested in using social media to discuss former artists, private business matters, or contribute to rumors or speculation.
What we are interested in is moving forward — and making sure we do it the right way.
Myrtle Beach Ink has an established history in this community, and our ownership has been part of the tattoo industry since it officially became legal to tattoo in the state. We’ve built relationships with thousands of clients over the years, many of whom have continued to trust us with their tattoos time and time again. That trust means everything to us.
As we rebuild our artist team, we will also be making significant changes within our management and day-to-day operations. This transition has given us an opportunity to take a hard look at where we can improve, and we’re committed to making those improvements.
Our goal moving forward is to create the best possible environment for the artists who join our team and the clients who walk through our doors, while making sure our existing and loyal clients continue receiving the communication, professionalism, consistency, and level of care that we have always strived to provide.
WE ARE HIRING
We are happy to share that we already have a couple of solid, experienced artists lined up who we’re excited about. As those changes become official, we’ll introduce them and share more information with everyone.
In the meantime, we are continuing to build our new team and are actively looking for additional experienced tattoo artists.
We’re looking for talented, dependable professionals who are serious about their craft, care about their clients, communicate well, and want to be part of a busy environment.
We’re not looking to simply fill empty chairs as quickly as possible. We’re focused on rebuilding the right team with the right people and creating something stronger moving forward.
If you’re an established artist considering a change, relocating to the Myrtle Beach area, or looking for a new shop to call home, we’d genuinely like to hear from you. Please send us a private message with your portfolio and some information about yourself. All inquiries will be handled discreetly and confidentially.
TO OUR CLIENTS
We also want to acknowledge everyone who has called, emailed, messaged, or submitted an inquiry over the past couple of weeks while the studio has been temporarily closed.
Thank you for your patience and understanding.
We know some of you have been waiting to hear back from us, and we sincerely apologize for the delay. We are currently working through this transition and ask for a little continued patience while we get everything situated and prepare to resume normal operations.
If you’ve reached out during this time and are still interested in getting tattooed with us, please send us an email with your name and tattoo information so we can make sure your inquiry doesn’t get missed.
[email protected]
We will be working through those inquiries and getting everyone situated as availability opens up.
We’d rather take the time necessary to get things right than rush through this transition simply for the sake of reopening.
To our longtime clients who have continued to support Myrtle Beach Ink through all of this — thank you. We don’t take your loyalty for granted. Making sure our existing clients are taken care of, while creating an even better experience for our future clients, is a huge part of the changes we’re making.
There is a lot happening behind the scenes, and we’re intentionally keeping some of those details there until everything is official and ready to be announced.
Myrtle Beach Ink is still here. We’re rebuilding, we’re improving, and we’re excited about what’s ahead.
Thank you for sticking with us. 🖤
