As counter help at Dr. Ink Tattoos, you’re the first point of contact for our clients. You set the tone for the shop and help keep everything running smoothly.
Responsibilities include:
• Greeting customers and answering questions about tattoos, pricing, and availability
• Scheduling appointments and managing walk-ins
• Handling phone calls, messages, and social media inquiries
• Taking deposits and processing payments
• Keeping the shop clean, organized, and presentable
• Assisting artists with basic needs and prep when necessary
• Verifying IDs and ensuring proper paperwork is completed
• Providing a professional, friendly experience to every client
