This is Linda’s Pinwheel Gardens Quilt that I quilted for her with the Malachite design from Urban Elementz using Glide Buttercup thread. Malachite is a very modern meander, at least I think of it that way. The picture of the back lets you see how the design pops on the neutral backing.

Chris made this lovely little blue quilt. She asked me to quilt it with Bubbles B2B (from Anne Bright Designs) using Glide Zaffre thread. She wanted the bubbles to be scaled to a specific size, which I was able to do with my Innova AutoPilot Mach 3 software. There are so many things I can do with my software, and I haven’t even touched the surface. I also have a full collection of Glide thread for you to choose from to find just the right color for your quilt. Give me a call to schedule your quilt to be stitched.

I did a little bit of custom work here. Carole hand-appliquéd each of these melons onto a block. I put feathers into each melon and then echoed around the melons. She made it for her granddaughter who, she says, loves it.
