RSA okay racers 1st things 1st. I want appoligize for the snafu on the scoring system and not being able to get the race program started and completed. But I do have the system back up and operating properly at this time. My decoder box has the 4.4 firmware in it. I tried to my best to keep this firmware. If we don't there will be a lot of transponders that will not work. This problem is mylaps. They will not allow a track to download the 4.4 firmware. They want the track to run the 4.5 firmware. If I ever have to update or change over to my other box we will have to change transponders to the rc4 transponders. This means that all the original amb's, mrt's, and the other older mylaps will not longer work. This 4.5 firmware was released in August of 2022. So far I have kept the wolves at the gates and not in our wallets. I don't know how much longer we can do this. But rest assured I will come up with a plan with mylaps to work with us the racers. Because I'm in the same boat as you are. I have older transponders and mrt transponders. If this shuts down on us in the future I will install my updated box and the show will go on. If for some reason your transponder doesn't work I will see what we can do about getting something you can use that night. I will be on the phone tomorrow with mylaps to see if we can get them to work with us. Until then happy racing.

We will be back on the clay this Saturday night August 22nd for another round of racing action. Future Champs will also be racing this weekend. Please note due to the high temperature we will be starting at 6pm. Practice at 4pm and pits open at noon. All classes will be racing. Hope to see everyone here.

Competition Rules

Car must be box stock with the following exceptions:
You are allowed to change the pinion gear to 22 tooth only.
Battery: Allowed to run 5200mah 2s 50C lipo 7.4 volt or the OEM battery 4000mah 30C 2s lipo 7.4 volt.
Tires: for late model maybe allowed to run standard part # Losi 2442 or soft part # Losi 2425 front or rear.
Sprint car may be allowed same rear tires & Los 2430 or Los 2418 fronts.
Spur gear must remain OEM.
May be allowed to change radio gear( radio and receiver) to driver preference.
May be allowed to change springs front & rear.
Springs must be Losi spring kit for late model or sprint.
May be allowed to change shock oil.
May be allowed to change & service gear diff l**e.
NO other changes or modifications allowed.

Remember if anyone is is interested in racing and don't know if they would like it or not, I have some rental cars still available. I some mudboss cars and a couple of Traxxas modified. August 8th we will be back in action on the clay here at Battleground. Start time 5pm all classes will be racing except Future Champs. This is a scheduled points race. Let's fill the house. Pits open at noon, practice at 3pm, and racing action starts at 5pm.
