Today we're going on an adventure so I wanted to get some creating done before we left. These bracelets are varying sizes, and are made from leather cord. Gemstones used are moss agate, black larvikite, sodalite, bloodstone, pyrite and serpentine jade with a few wood beads thrown in for good measure.

Okay, so, I got my leather cord which feels way more secure than the string I used to test the ends out. There's a win. As a person who really is more drawn to copper and brass colors than silver or gold I'm always partial. But, my opinion aside, do you like this silver color? ( I say color because I doubt that this is real silver)

Also if you are at home would you do me a favor and measure your wrist? My wrists are small and it's hard to know what will fit other people. Pwease and thanks. 😁

Guess what guys? It's almost football season.
Also, this is one of my very first pairs of earrings.
I only really started creating jewelry this past March. I still love creating brass pieces, it just happens a little less often nowadays.

The first tester bracelet is done. As soon as I can put it on ( I struggle with the lobster claw closure which I may switch up if I continue this bracelet adventure) I will wear it around and see how my work holds up. If it does, I will be making more bracelets. If it doesn't, back to figuring out a better flow. I gave up on knots and used crimp beads. I didn't like how the adjustable knots looked and I thought I'd try these little knot ball covers. They're like little chastity belts for your end bits.

These are moss agate, tree agate and rainbow obsidian beads.

A little tragedy happened over the weekend. I was packing up my things at Borrs and my fumble fingers decided to toss one of these beautiful blue labradorite earrings on to the floor and the stone broke. So now it's a necklace.
