The Temecula Valley Players (TVP) are looking for new Board members!
We are looking for dedicated volunteer individuals with a love for the theater who have any of the following skills and experience to bring to the group:
• Leadership, project management, systems oversight, operational strategy, and/or administrative;
• Organizational, planning, coordination, and/or recruitment;
• Artistic vision and standards, creative practice, and/or production planning;
• Facilitation and communication abilities to work with artistic directors, creative teams, set builders, and cast members;
• Familiarity with policies, procedures, documentation, and records retention;
• Budgeting, financial planning/reporting, accounting, and financial risk;
• Community development, sponsorships, securing donors, and/or fund raising;
• Marketing, social media, websites, email, advertising, and other technical;
• Student outreach, workshops, school partnerships, and/or volunteer recruitment and retention;
• Conflict resolution, conduct expectations, safety, accessibility, and/or participant support.
