Exciting new venue coming to Georgetown! Congratulations Embers & Oak!!!

COMING SOON! ✨

Our vision is becoming reality. In 2027, Embers & Oak will open as an all-inclusive private event venue designed for gathering, celebrating and staying awhile.

Set among the trees in Georgetown, South Carolina, our Lowcountry setting will offer an open-air timber pavilion, luxury custom tent, thoughtfully equipped bar and catering space, Firefly Cottage, The Smokehouse and beautiful outdoor spaces designed for celebrations of all kinds.

Weddings will be at the heart of what we do—from exchanging vows beneath the trees to dinner beneath the pavilion, dancing beneath the tent and gathering around the fire. But Embers & Oak was created for more than a wedding day. It is a place to bring people together for life's meaningful celebrations and unforgettable gatherings.

We can't wait to welcome you. 🤎

After nearly 30 years behind the DJ stand, it’s time for a new chapter for Hoppe Holidays! 🎶

Over the years, I’ve had the privilege of providing the soundtrack for countless weddings, parties, celebrations and some pretty incredible memories. Now, I’m excited to begin passing the torch to the next generation… my son, Dan Hoppe III.

Over the coming months, I’ll be working alongside Dan, sharing what I’ve learned over nearly three decades about reading a room, keeping a dance floor moving, and most importantly, making sure every celebration feels personal.

You may start seeing a refreshed look for Hoppe Holidays and a little more activity from us again. No, I’m not adding “full-time DJ” back to my already busy schedule! 😂 This is about preparing my son to take the reins and carry Hoppe Holidays into its next chapter.

Pretty special to see something I started nearly 30 years ago continue with the next generation.

After all these years, one thing hasn’t changed…

🎶When you need music… you need Hoppe Holidays Professional Disc Jockeys… where Music Makes the Moment. 🎶
