Sköll and Hati are two giant wolves who endlessly chase the sun and the moon across the sky.
Alexander came to me with this idea of having one of the wolves with their celestial body on each side of their neck.
This came together nicely and fit perfectly. Alexander is no newbee to tattoos so we set out for a day of dotting his neck with these two mythic beasts.
He sat like a champ with me stretching and poking his throat. (not an easy feat)
It took a bit longer than we anticipated, so he will be back in a few weeks to finish the shading on them both. (I had to get home, he didn’t tap-out)
I don’t usually do stand alone neck pieces, but I just had to make an exception for such a cool concept. TBH, this makes me want a neck tattoo. What about you? What would you like on your neck of you could pull it off?
