Hello friends..! We recently brought in a NEW Body Piercer here at Rockabilly Tattoo-NC.. Since then, we've had a few people complain or be upset that we require a license or birth certificate in order to pierce the minor (under 18 years of age) that's with them.... This is our policy and has been.. Unfortunately our last piercer was letting people slide without said documents here & there, also another reason they are not here anymore... We are not required to ask for this info, but we will take safety a step further and ask for it.. Through the years we've heard stories of shops getting calls about a person's child being pierced without their permission.. In order to insure that a cool aunt/uncle or family friend is not bringing a minor in, we require the parent (with a license or proper identification) to accompany the minor with either a birth certificate or license to prove who both parties are.. A license, birth certificate or passport are all legal forms of identification, AND we are 100% allowed to ask for any of them.... If you feel this is stepping on your toes as a parent, shame on you - at least we're looking out for your child's safety and ours.. Each business has rules to follow and we choose to set our standards higher than what's required of us... Thanks to everyone who comes in and appreciates the work we do and we hope to see y'all again soon..!! We welcome all rational questions and comments..!! Please share with your friends so we can have more of a mutual understanding..

We're very happy and excited to announce our newest crew member, Ali..!! We're always trying to work at giving you a better experience at Rockabilly Tattoo-NC and we feel like Ali will bring a much needed positive energy to the shop..!! Ali will be starting around the end of November- early December and will be handling all of our Body Piercing duties moving forward..!!
