When are our opening hours? If the weather is nice, we are OPEN. If the weather is hot and you prefer the AC in your car, our pull through driveway is perfect for window shopping. The first custom pieces of 2026 have left Chill-A-While Chainsaw Carving and are at their new home now. Come by anyday between 10am and sunset to discuss your ideas. We also have some new sculptures to show off: owlets for the cedar lovers and a happy hiking bear for the outdoor crowd. Enjoy these BEFORE vs AFTER pictures of an eagle carving. 🦅
One of our customers inherited this piece from her best friend. It is at least a decade old and had been kept in storage for a while. She wondered if the eagle could be refinished the same way we finish all of our creations.
After grinding of all the old stain, varnish, and rough splinters, we fixed the big crack, reburnt the body, sanded the head and tail feathers to expose the natural color, and repainted the rock base. A pedicure and spar urethane treatment later, this is her new old eagle now and should last a lifetime. Thanks for your trust!
If you have an old carving that needs attention, come by our shop for a spa treatment.
