Audition Notice!
AUDITIONS ANNOUNCEMENT! Springhouse Theatre Company invites you to audition for the popular musical "Oliver!" This production needs talented people of all ages, shapes, and experience levels willing to have fun and work together. We are so proud to be hiring a live orchestra for our performances, and we hope you're excited to work with live professional musicians as well. Help us bring this beloved classic to life. AUDITION DATES:
Sunday, June 18th 2:00-3:30 PM
Sunday, June 18th 3:30-5:00 PM
Monday, June 19th 6:00-7:30 PM
Monday, June 19th 7:30-9:00 PM
Please plan to attend one of the four 90-minute audition sessions. No prep necessary. You will learn a short song & dance at auditions. If you wish to present a monologue, you may optionally do so at the end of the session.
Callbacks will be Wednesday, June 21st at 6:00 PM, if necessary. π€
REHEARSALS, starting Mon, July 10:
Saturdays 12:00-3:30 PM
Sundays 2:00-5:30 PM
Mondays 6:30-9:30 PM
Tuesdays 6:30-9:30 PM
(No one will be at every rehearsal.π)

OLIVER TWIST β strong singer, male character played by any gender aged 7 to 19 (we're looking for an actor who appears 9-12 years old)
FAGIN β strong singer, male aged 40-90
NANCY β strong singer, female aged 18-35
BILL SIKES β singer, male aged 20-50
ARTFUL DODGER β strong singer, male character played by any gender aged 10 to 22 (we're looking for an actor who appears 12-15)
BET β singer, female aged 14-29
BUMBLE β strong singer, male aged 25-70
WIDOW CORNEY β strong singer, female aged 24-69
MR. BROWNLOW β not much singing, male aged 29-70
MRS. BEDWIN β singer, female aged 21-80
SOWERBERRY β singer, male aged 24-90
MRS. SOWERBERRY β singer, female aged 24-90
NOAH CLAYPOLE β not much singing, male aged 14-23
CHARLOTTE β not much singing, female aged 14-23
DR. GRIMWIG β not much singing, male aged 29-80
OLD SALLY β not much singing, female aged 40-90
ENSEMBLE will include four (4) featured soloists, featured dancers, orphans/workhouse boys (may be played by any gender), governors of the orphanage, townsfolk of any age, and tavern goers aged 18 and up
