Mental Shellness Salt water creatures have a unique ability to create the most beautiful, natural artwork. I have always loved seashells and the process of collecting them.

I am now using my collection to create designs just as unique as the original inhabitants. Mental Shellness is dedicated to my seashell addiction. It is a byproduct of my shell hunting addiction. 99% of the shells that I use for my creations, I have found. Organically, I create unique shell decorative pieces as well as trinket & jewelry holders. I do custom work and take pre-orders if you have som

ething in mind, I will do my best to create it. I specialize in oysters and a variety of clam shells. I also use other shell varieties to enhance some shell designs. Just like most things in my life, the creations start organically. The creative process along with the shell hunting is therapy for this overstimulated, adhd, super busy lady.

The Java Way Coffee Co needs to deliver late nights to keep us going to meet Saturday's deadline...Lots of work left to do before Saturday's Red, White, and TWO birthday bash but here are some "whatchamacallits" I have been working on lately that will be at the show Saturday (and some in Amanda's Art Studio / Crafty Corner too!) A special nod to the USA turning 250 will also be unveiled Saturday! 🇺🇸✌️✋️✊️🎂🎉🇺🇸 Added a few for our local duck hunters and added more jewelry boxes-wish can also be mermaid wish boxes or even prayer shells. Of course, my standard mermaid towers and Jesus shells will be there. I am working on more...not enough hours in the day! Special shout out to AI for the photo backgrounds...they really do save time editing!

This Saturday, May 30th, bring your $$ ready support the many local events going on in Murfreesboro! The Porkfest will have local vendors, a car show, and bbq plates for sale to support the MVFD from 11am-4pm! Java Way Coffee Co will be hosting their Red, White, and TWO birthday bash with vendors, giveaways, the best coffee and drinks, and more! Mental Shellness and many other great vendors will be set up at 8am in the parking lot! And Crafty Corner will be open at 212 Main Street, vending many talented local artisans from soaps and lotions and room sprays to one of a kind watercolors and acrylic paintings. (Mental Shellness is also there, along with Copper Garden and others!) There's plenty going on-and if BBQ isn't your thing, choose from one of our great local restaurants on Main Street. If you are here when the sun sets, you can join in the fun at Insert Coin Barcade-Joni and crew make a great cocktail, and Mike keeps the games queued up for everyone!
