Dolly Parton was not only one of the greatest country music icons of all time, but a thoroughly good person who helped so many people through her charities, social outreach, and more. She understood and loved her home state of Tennessee, and the South as a whole. There are very few people who have lived a life with as much positive impact on the world as she did.
