So proud of our 4.0 Elite Team for hitting the stage at Applause Talent in Chattanooga, Tennessee this weekend! These girls have been putting in the WORK since September, and it showed in every moment on that stage 🔥
Way to start the season strong!! This is just the beginning and we’re already turning it up!! Huge shoutout to our amazing coaches & choreographers and our ride-or-die dance parents—we couldn’t do this without you!! 🫶🏽

Coach Hi-C’s 6-week Contemporary Mini Session with our Juniors was one for the books 🤍

These dancers dove deep into the many variations of contemporary — exploring everything from commercialized contemporary to a more grounded, modern approach. They studied contemporary film, analyzed powerhouse companies like .studio , and , and unpacked what makes storytelling through movement so impactful.

The girls trained in different codifications of contemporary and learned how intention, texture, and narrative shift the quality of movement. .dances36 also poured into them the style she studied overseas at Florence Dance Center in Florence, Italy — blending European influence with emotional authenticity.

So proud of their growth, artistry, and willingness to explore.

Keep an eye out 👀 Coach Hi-C will be back in April after more training in Florence, Italy — and Musical Theater (with her extensive background in the genre) is coming up next! 🎭✨

So proud of our dancers for an incredible weekend at ✨

They expanded their artistry in every room — falling in love with musical theater (a BIG hit with our girls 🎭), strengthening their across-the-floor jazz progressions in technique class, refining their ballet foundation, tapping their feet away in tap, finding their groove in hip hop, and pouring their hearts out in contemporary.

Growth. Versatility. Passion. That’s what it’s all about.
